Brian Johnson: Allstate Insurance

I don't have much to say, but I have what I need. I feel that if I a question or concern it is taken care of right away! Like anything though you may want to check around. I wish they would go back to annual payment option! I don't like the 6 month.

The measure of an insurance company's value is how they treat you when you need them. Last year we had roof damage due to hail. The Johnson agency and the Allstate claims people were all top-notch - polite, prompt and professional. They worked with the contractor, handled everything, and went out of their way to keep me informed and satisfied. Even their follow-up was great. And after the claim was settled, they didn't "nail" us with a huge increase in our premium. We couldn't be happier!
