Auto-Owners Insurance Portage Claims

It was nothing short of a very positive experience. I hit a deer on the way to work and I was pretty upset. I had a friend who had to go through a lot of time and arguing with their insurance company with a similar accident . I notified my local insurance agent and then I got a call from Kim and she set everything up for me. The Adjuster came to where I was to look at the vehicle And gave an estimate right then. I think the self check out at the grocery store is more complicated than filing and processing a claim with Auto owners. Thanks again Auto owners. I won’t need to be comparing insurance rates for the best price because I know I have the best service and that means a lot!

Heather Martinez was very communicative, explained things well, was prompt and very accessible. We differed on the total loss value of my car and she allowed me to supply comps and service records to then adjust the value so I was more comfortable with the final value. She deserves 5 stars.

We had damage done to our vehicle in an incident and Auto Owners and their staff, Kim, exceeded all expectations! She was friendly, professional and timely with communication throughout the process. The coordination with the body shop, Dunshee, was so smooth! We are so appreciative to have Auto Owners!

Kim at the claim office is amazing. I called our local Auto-Owners office 15 minutes after my accident to inform them. By close of business that day Kim had sent a claim number and calle to set up an appointment for my car. It was handled so fast, which I was not expecting. She is so helpful and polite. We have been with Auto-Owners for many years and love them. Highly recommend if your looking for insurance on your home, auto, or life.
