Could not possibly recommend this place to anyone. I was given this company's info while searching for reliable insurance brokers online and this one came up as number 1. What a joke. I called the number on the website to get a free quote as advertised and the dude on the other end awkwardly apologized and hung up on me. He then declined my two additional calls afterwards. This is not how you run a business or how you talk to people and I'm sad that I have to actually write that down. This company and the guy who runs it don't deserve to be in business.

I would not recommend this company under absolutely 0 circumstances. Getting claims from them is a nightmare and they owe me money for a renewal and it had taken over 3 months to get it back. I had a flood last winter. Their ONE employee responsible for renters insurance was on vacation for 2 weeks. This is not his fault, but you would think they would have another employee to cover for him. NOPE. I had a completely flooded apartment (not due to my fault). NOBODY answered my calls, emails, anything. This was my first time ever filing a claim so I had no idea what to do. Could I throw out my mold infested couch? How detailed do my pictures have to be? Do you need videos? What can I throw away? How does the reimbursement work? Simple questions that I couldn’t get answers to. Imagine living

why do I have a charge on my card for your business 5/12. who has my numbers. Not a customer and not a renter as I own my home in Utah...somebodys skimming accounts
