I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this agency. I can’t seem to get a call back no matter how many times I try to reach out. Normally, I manage everything through the app, but I submitted a vehicle change over 24 hours ago, and it still hasn’t been updated. I was told someone would call me, yet instead of a call, I just receive text messages when a call is supposed to happen. This lack of follow-through and communication is extremely disappointing! I filled out an online quote form. The next day. Daniel from this State farm office called me and walked me through the quote. He did an excellent job answering all of the questions I had about the policy and the different coverages in a way that was very easy to understand. He was also very candid, and when I asked questions that he was not sure of or that he couldn't give me 100% answer on. He was honest about what he could and could not promise; many agents from other companies that I've interacted with either won't answer the question at all or give me the worst case scenario instead of the realistic answer to cover their butts.
