Julia has been absolutely incredible to work with. As someone who definitely does not “speak insurance,” I’ve always felt overwhelmed trying to understand policies, coverage, and what I actually need. Julia takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, without ever making me feel silly for asking questions. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants you to feel confident in your decisions. She’s also helped my dad, and he had the same great experience, which says a lot! We both feel completely taken care of and know she has our best interests in mind. We will absolutely be using Julia for all of our insurance needs moving forward. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsive, and easy to talk to, she’s your person!

I had such a great experience working with my agent, Julia . Insurance can be really confusing, and I had a lot of questions because I don’t fully understand all the terminology, but Julia was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. She never made me feel like my questions were a bother and took the time to explain everything clearly. She walked me through the entire process step by step while setting up my car insurance and made sure I understood what each part of the coverage meant. John Deserves more than 5 star. He takes care of all your insurance needs. He helps with claims process, chimes in as needed to back you. I was discussing with him regarding fixing something in my vehicle as it takes week, He offered me get it fixed myself and send him the receipt to issue a check after my deductible. Loved to be with him since many years.
