My mother’s second language is English. She speaks it well enough but understanding it is difficult for her. Patty has been great over the years helping us whenever we have questions. We’ve been going there for over 10yrs! She’s on vacation this week so I had a horrible experience dealing with Beth. I called for our new car insurance information so I can set up online account to pay etc. I gave my mother’s name which she is well known there. Told Beth I’m on the policy and she said No!
