We have had Allstate for years. We previously went to them because of my husband's friend was an agent. When she left the business our policy was given to Sharlene's agency. Avoid at all costs Never had a speeding ticket or accident in my entire life. Rates almost doubled. No real answers from anyone on the phone, no emails back, just the usual run around. AVOID.

Unfortunately, I currently have Allstate and trust me. You are not in good hands. They are the worst people on the human earth. They don’t fight for you. They’re always on the other person side NICK ! and when you get into an accident, you will see that you have to wait an hour to 3 hours to talk to in person And I can go on and on but guys good luck with them go anywhere else Like I will be doing very soon

I was having a problem with my registration on one of my vehicles. My wife was unable to get it inspected due to an error on registration that omitted her name with mine on it. One call to Allstate and the paperwork I needed was emailed to me. The very next day, the car was correctly registered and we got inspection sticker. We had basically been driving the vehicle unregistered, although with insurance, since 1st week in October 2024 to Feb. 2005. Thank you so much for the quick response of your team members!!
