Prescott & Son Insurance

This agency was good until it wasn’t. I was a customer for about 2-3 years but this year when I was up for my policy renewal they stated they had to rewrite me with a new policy through a different insurance since arbella was not willing to renew. They were asking for over 1k of down payment (didn’t explain why) and that the new monthly payment would be a lot higher (over $100 more) due to all the claims although I was never found at fault. No suggestions, no other options -nothing. LOL yeah let me get you my credit card info! SIKE! I found a new agency who actually shopped around for me and found me the best deal. Now not only do I have a new policy but I’ll be saving money every month with it. 🤭

I've been with Prescott & Son for several decades now, home and auto. They aren't the most responsive folks I've ever worked with, and it seems to be better to start with what you want to do rather than asking for a particular agent... but they've done what I've needed, the one claim I had to make was painless (though that's largely the insurer rather than the agency), and they've handled the times when i missed the notice and was late in making my yearly payment without much difficulty. I'm not completely blown away by them, which would earn the rare fifth star... but I've been generally content with them over the years.

Bob Delucka is a great asset to the office. He took his time to get me the best rate for my insurance needs. Would recommend their service.

I got great prices on real estate properties hard to insure. Responsive and friendly.

Went there for a quote. Been told to wait a couple of days. Never heard from them.took my business elsewhere. Get a quote within the hour.
