Gives you a hard time to get your money back. Had tongomthrew loops to cancel and then once I did give them what they ask they said 3 to.5 business days I would have my money back on my card and today is the 5th day and still no money on my card. Like 🤬is my $671.00 at....you had no problem taking it off my credit card. 🤦🏾♀️😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I have been with them for a few years now. I have to say they are good. I'm sure if you don't pay or try to bs then they won't be so nice but who would be? Imma fan
Julie was wonderful better than my actual agents in fayetteville she was amazing
LOUSY insurance company. The people who work in the Sanford and Fayetteville, NC offices don't know their knees from their elbows! AND THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT INSURANCE!! I will never do business with them again. They are idiots when it comes to customer service and insurances.
