When I first became responsible for my own Insurance in my early twenties, I started with another company. Shortly thereafter, someone told me I probably could get a better rate at Suggs. I inquired, I switched and the rest is history. So, I've been with them since my early twenties and I'll be 55 soon. I think that pretty much says it all.

Rhonda helped me file 3 years of tax returns and was over half the cost of other quotes I got. She then sent me to Brittany to helo me figure out what to do for medicare. They have everything here and are happy to help.

Suggs Insurance goes the extra mile! Over a year ago, my husband (a customer for years) had a stroke while in the office making our payment. The staff recognized his behavior was off and immediately got help. The quick response got him to the ER in time for the miracle medication that reversed the symptoms. He is doing well today. Great customer service!!! When you call the office, you actually get to speak to a person!! Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, helpful and if, for some reason they didn't have an answer for me, they got it! It's nice to deal with a local business with a staff that really cares!!!
