Been using now for almost 3 years - gave me some great advice regarding my teen driver. Always responsive when I call or email to insure new toys. The one and only claim we made was super fast and efficient.

Went to Allstate on Jefferson Davids road today. I just walked in and had a couple questions on my policy and see if I could get a better dead. I was getting help from Rosine C. Perry and she answered everything I asked politely and I walked out of there with a better deal walking in. Super nice women, highly recommend speaking with her for any questions.

The agent with whom I had met was very thorough in explaining all of my options to me and what they meant. She took her time with me and outlined the various options available to me, which gave me a high level of comfort and trust in knowing what was being offered, and what I was signing up for. I had never had an insurance agent take that kind of time with me.

Called to file a claim for my roof damage and got nothing but brick walled and threatened that "even filing a claim that doesn't get paid out could raise my rate." AND "You'll probably have to pay your deductible." Why not help? Why say these things? Then I was hung up on and because I wasn't happy about it. Nothing but push back from them instead of help. Roseanne was who I spoke with. I get it that you don't like losing our monthly bet for damages... (that's what insurance is) but when it happens it happens and you need to handle the claim. We will definitely be switching providers once our claim is PAID. Update: No pushback from the 1-800#, very helpful... Maybe we don't need pushy agents since they're a relic of the 1960s...
