Sun Title is very professional and on-point. My husband and I signed closing papers for our house, and Barb had all the paperwork ready. The coffee bar was refreshing after a long drive, and the atmosphere of the office is comfortable. The signing process took less than an hour.

If I had -10 I would have given that score. I have been a broker for 20 years and have never experienced as bad an experience closing as with Alexis Haloppa!! I received FOUR phone calls form various individuals from the lender form the AE to three people in th closing department telling me how rude and unprofessional she was. I have never received a call from a lender about any title agent or attorney...ever! The last straw was I asked her last night an again today to please wire my broker check because of the mail service in a historic district where my office is located is terrible and at 2:52pm she tells me that she needs my personal email and phone number and when I respond back (after my client walked out) at 3.42 she tells me it is too late and she mailed it. Sun Title is a joke. I'm currently trying to recoup about $4500 they unnecessarily added to my closing fees. They work hand and hand with realtors to basically screw you out of money. Insisted that trust insurance is required and holding the next years taxes in escrow out of my sales profit. This place is very unprofessional and aloof with any info you want or need. Stay away from this place and make sure your realtor dosent use them.

This title company chose not to proofread the documents for a loan closing. The buyer's social security number was wrong. They let her sign everything and even gave the ok to her agent and gave the keys away on a house under my insurance. What would have happened if I'd suffered a loss on what was at that moment my property? Why would you give the keys ro someone knowing something was wrong. These people didn't call me, didn't email me, and didn't contact my realtor until I noticed that they also didn't send my money for the transaction. But wait, there's more! They waited for the seller to cme back and sign everything and then decided to send my money super late in the day...I didn't get the wire until Tuesday when she closed on Friday.
