Jordan is easily the best insurance agent I have had the pleasure of working with. In the Big Rapids area, there are a lot of big name companies that claim to have your back but I would beg to differ. Jordan has always been available to answer my questions about my policy and it was so easy to sign up. He gave me a great price and I felt like he actually wanted what was best for me. This experience has left me happy and questioning why other companies especially ones backed by billions of dollars aren’t able to provide the customer support that Jordan has. 10/10 would recommend.
