Scott Biller has helped me and my family out for years, not only seeking to provide the best rates for home and auto insurance, but also walking along side me and my family with insurance claims when I had a nearly-fatal car accident in 2017. Scott and the members at Biller Insurance fought against billing companies when they attempted to bill twice for a single bill (already paid might I add). He works hard, is humble in his demeanor, and is straightforward and honest as to what’s the best coverage and means of payment scheduling for financial situations.

Unprofessional, understaffed and a very small office. I waited 3 days for an insurance quote. For him to tell me he or one of his coworkers couldn't get to me. Told me to call progressive directly. I've never had an insurance company rake 3 or 4 days to do a quote, and complain about their staffing issues.

We enjoy using Biller Insurance. I’ve been in a few accidents over the past year and they’ve been nothing short of helpful. Amber and Cheryl are great to work with as well.
