My husband and I run a small painting business Strong Insurance has always went above to make sure we have what we need. They keep us well informed and when we ask for something there’s no wait, they get right on it. Patrick and Andrea are awesome people!!

Been paying our premium faithfully. Had an issue with our home and when we called I was upset, no plumbing in a house with 7 people.The owner (who I found out was the owner later) answered me and not only tried to cut me off several times while I was explaining but also hung up on me. His wife called back and said she would file said claim. My issues..I am calling my insurance company. That call is never usually one done without some stress-related issues. So I never fully get out exactly how Im feeling and what happened verses what we are insured for. He interrupted me. I say please don't interrupted me. I continue to talk he is talking over me as I'm explaining. So as I am getting even more upset and he tells me to hush or be quite or wait or something condescending like that. And I said
