Joh Parkhurst and employees through State Farm have always been amazing to work with. I have an amazing deal with home and auto and I’ve never once had an issue they haven’t resolved or helped me through. They are always kind and easy to speak with they explain things well and I always get off the phone feeling like I understand and am getting the best. I’ve been with them for years and I plan to stay for many more years to come!!

The team at John Parkhurst is wonderful, they give me excellent service, and they work with me, thank you John and the wonderful staff for a job well done, could not ask for better service than what they give you, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your policies, thank you again for always being there and answering my questions and taking care of me.

State Farm has been nothing but kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Their team takes the time to explain things clearly and truly cares about their clients. I am very grateful for their services and the peace of mind they provide.

The people at this company do not help you! Parkhurst gave me a quote, got his commision and never bothered to answer his phone again. I have been with them for just a few months, about 4 and since then, my car insurance bill went from the first month $180 to $230 the next two months then shot up $200 more. I have my proof of everything on these people as much as they want to sit there and lie. This has been common among them from what I heard from others. They will come back and lie about the quote they gave you hence is why I left them for someone better. My husband and I have not had any issues with our car or tickets and have never paid this much ever in insurance. Our bill has never been the same every month with this agency. Don't use these people. I have never experienced such crap

John did an excellent job for us. He worked very quickly to get us quotes, and was competitive. He stopped by on the weekend, and took pictures of our home and property. I was very impressed with John's professionalism.
