Steve Woodrum - State Farm Insurance Agent

Steve Woodrum has taken care of my insurance needs since I bought my first car. He has always been straight forward, helpful, and kind. Recently I had to have a car towed to a shop and State Farm provided the tow for free (as a perk of having my car insurance through them). It was simple, easy and so handy! My husband is now even considering moving his truck insurance over! Very pleased and will continue to do business with Steve and State Farm!

Reached out to Steve Woodrum's office to get a quote on car and property insurance as my current insurance had continuously risen every year, even with no claims. After speaking with the office, I found out that I was overpaying by a lot. I wasn't even getting the best insurance. I was given a policy that had more complete coverage, AND at a lower rate. Steve Woodrum’s office was great to work with. The reason for a 4 star rating rather than a five star rating is due to State Farm’s claim office taking a longer time than I would expect to approve my window replacement. Once my agent’s office checked into things, the approval happened quickly.
