Troy lied on my application to get lower rate so I would sign with him. I told him my roof was from 2009 and he put it as 1 year old. If I had not read my policy and something happened to the roof, my claim would probably be denied. That is Fraud. I went back to my old agent and ended up having to pay $300 more for less coverage thanks to Clay, I would have stayed with my old agent because Allstate would have been higher if Clay put the correct information in.

I had to get new insurance for my home & car after having the same company for 10 years. I contacted Mr. Humphries office, and after he discussed different coverages, I obtained my new policies. I was pleasantly surprised to see that along with getting better coverage, I was also getting a better rate! Every person I have spoken to within his company has been extremely helpful, very pleasant, listened to my questions, and took care of any issues I had immediately. I am looking forward to my future dealing with Mr. Humphries office in the future. Thank you, guys, for saving me money while giving me better coverage to protect me and my family.

Before switching to Allstate Insurance we had been rear ended and were told by our former agent’s staff “all claims are handled online”! Boo-hiss! 😔
