We have been a long time customer of Becky Jordan, and let me say why. They have ALWAYS treated us like valued customers, not just a policy number. They have always strived to give us the best rate possible, even advising us on how to get the best rate possible. When we had to file a claim on my wife's minivan, unfortunately it was a total loss, but they got us through it and we were able to get my wife into a new car in just a few days. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. The service has always been exceptional and timely. All claims have been taken care of quickly, easily, and without any undue questions. Almost every quote for insurance has been higher than the actual policy price. As an example, when I first started with Becky Jordan, the quote for my vehicle was roughly $900 every 6 months (which was $300 cheaper then everyone else at that time) and the policy actually only cost me $750 once the bill came in. Also, I have never had a quote be lower than the actual policy so there has not been any surprises like I have had in the past. I highly recommend giving her a call if you want to make sure you are covered and don’t want hassles if you have to make a claim.
