He is hands on and will tell you the truth and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He is truly more concerned about his customers than simple profits. Steve Dowdy has been my agent since I was on my father's policy and it was a smooth transition at 18 years old (about 1998 or so) to my own policy. I would highly recommend him.
