Ginny was very helpful with me setting up my auto and life instances policies earlier today. Her personality was great and she explained things in a way that were clear and concise. One of the best experiences I’ve had from a customer care perspective.

Ginny took over after the website gave us the initial quote for auto and home owners and fine tuned both quotes to get us the best deal and ultimately saved us a good deal over our current insurance company! Her service was fantastic she was extremely responsive to both email and phone and was patient as we revised the quotes to get the best deals possible.
