Nice talking with Manuel from Allstate yesterday!!! and the experience was excellent he said check the agency website which I did now. Im currently with Progressive, but honestly their customer service hasn’t been great. Manuel and Chelsea were both very professional, Manuel is very very patient to me, and helpful Manuel is very good with numbers!! he checked my address too and clearly explained everything which convinced me to consider transferring from Progressive to Allstate. I’ve already received a quote and am just waiting for my daughter’s reply before moving forward. Highly recommend their customer service! kuddos manuel!! your agency must be proud!!!

I spoke earlier with someone from your agency named Manuel?and he was very informative and professional. He even advised me to check the agency’s website first to confirm legitimacy, which I really appreciated. His voice sounded very clear and professional, similar to a major telecom service like im talking from verizon telephone just kidding. I enjoyed speaking with him, and he transferred me to another agent. I’m now waiting for a callback regarding coverage to protect my car and home. Overall, a very good experience so far!!!!

Sue was so helpful and thorough about explaining the different options for my policy. She easily explained the breakdown of my auto policy charges. She was intelligent, polite, helpful, and understanding. This is my second time speaking with Sue and both times were pleasant. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone.
