Wish I could leave a lower rated review and here is why. Please take caution in ever placing yourself, your family, and your children in their care. Communication with lower level employees is nearly impossible because it serves them. Escalation does not work with this company. Their goal is to de-escalate you only while continuing to ignore your needs and concerns as their customer. When they fail to do their jobs correctly for their customers -they do not accept accountability. They are especially predatory on young drivers without experience working with companies. They do not hold their adjustors accountable and do not take responsibility for errors made by their adjustors. Don’t trust a company that annoys you with commercials. Learned that the hard way. They spend all their money on commercials and don’t have enough to help you when you need it. Basically they hide behind their fine print. It’s all smoke and mirror deception. Even look at the reviews here a bunch of them are about employment and sound awfully fake. Use your head America! Go anywhere else!

Never asked for a quote and they keep sending me harassing letters. I've been with State Farm since day one and would never switch to a low-end company like Liberty Mutual. Stop emailing me and send me letters. You're just not good enough.

Went there to see Lee mui emu but they were closed.
