Maybe I was lucky because my case manager was great, returned my calls and emails the next day. My payments went through fine im guessing you guys got unlucky with a bad case manager.

Absolutely horrible the clients have to do the work of the supposed case managers and have people who are already overwhelmed go without payments for weeks even when they have the documentation they require.Best move is to avoid this place and if you do have to use them make sure to contact a attorney to make sure they actually do their job, they will be hearing from one in my wife’s case

Omg the absolute most frustrating place ever. Good luck getting help, because you will have to reaply every two weeks for short term disability, apparently they like to do paperwork, and good luck on a return phone call

This company is a joke. I have been paying into this STD for a while now I'm out with a hip replacement it's been nearly 4 weeks and they have been trying to deny my clain. The casemanager Abby is never there to take my calls and each time someone else take it they claim to be still waiting for my insurance company. A sham. And I'm going to go out of my way to let people know. Charles White is my name.

I was denied coverage in 2019 because of a diagnosis in 2012 of severe bereavement due to the sudden loss of my spouse of 30 years. I guess you are not allowed to grieve for anyone if you want to have insurance 7 years down the road
