Connie is out trolling the phones drumming up business the old way with cold calls. When I hung up on the solicitation call, she thought it APPROPRIATE to call back and leave a voicemail calling me unprofessional. Not to mention, we are on the do not call list. What kind of modern business is out there trolling the phone lines to drum up business. Please stop calling.
I felt like I knew the owner and his wife right out of the gate. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, they treated me family, I’d the best way to put it. Great people great location, very knowledgeable is an understatement. What a great team the two of them make. All my insurance will go through this friendly location.
Very professional staff who treat their customers with respect. We have used this agency for a long time. Over the years, our claims have been processed quickly. As my kids have moved out, The Staudenmeier Agency helped them navigate through the complex world of insurance.
