AAA Wilkes Barre

Recently I called to possibly get a quote. I got a better quote so I went with that company who offered me a college discount, when they called back, I nicely told them that I found one that worked for me and thanked them for looking into the price for me. However, the person who answered the phone who was very rude said “good for you” in a snarky voice and hung up. Absolutely no reason for that attitude. Although I now found car insurance, I know my younger siblings are beginning to drive, and I will not recommend them this company due to poor customer service. Regardless if I chose this company or not there’s no reason to hang up and be rude cuz I said I found a better quote. The correct way to respond would be “All right no problem, have a good day.” what happened to grown men understan

They just dont like when people are in the right and dont wanna take blame for there actions loyal customers and thats how they treat people shit

Awful experience. I've been a AAA member for years and have purchased memberships for my kids and for friends. Within the past few years, I've called to use the towing service twice. The first time, I called before noon, was told it would be two hours before they could get my car-4 hours later, I called Lyft to at least get my wife home and still waited. Multiple promises and calls to AAA finally had someone respond early evening without the correct towing equipment, they towed and damaged my car. This last time, again, expected two hours turned into longer, when the tow finally came, he wanted me to sign a waiver of any damage done to the car by their towing - I wouldn't sign, he took off! I went to get a motorcycle license and that was not happening quickly. After 45 minutes I asked and was told at least another 1/2 hours wait . Was a waste of my valuable time they should have just let me know that it would take at least 1 1/2 hour
