I have called about 5 times to make a claim for this insurance, and everytime they put me on hold and never come back and hang up. When i call again there is no response. Happened multiple times, dont recommend this company at all. Thought i finally found a good insurance company.
Accessible rates and very nice staff.
Horrible customer service; rude employees who have absolutely no phone etiquette.
