I called around 11pm-12 am requesting roadside assistance. I tried to speak to someone for the longest time in spanish and no response. why do u have a spanish option if no one its gonna help. So I had no option by use the English language. Finally i get to speak with someone and The person that was taking my informacion was rude. Asking for specific address ( i understand , it's for better service) so am explaining myself that my husband its literally on the highway so, he kinda knows where he is but it was really dark, and hard to provide with exact location.
