My experience with Clark Insurance Plus has been great. They are always available to answer any questions and help you. Specially Dafne Rico, she helped get the best rate and always takes the time to answer all my questions.

My agent Denise inside the Clark honda dealership is great and responsive...but no matter how many times I change the deductible to hopefully have the appropriate coverage, it never seems to cover...first the tropical storm didn’t cover my roof now I lost all my food in the Texas freeze and my 1 percent deductible is still 1800.00.......who has more than 1800.00 of food in one freezer/fridge... So disappointed..I hear USAA paid out all their customers at least 500.00 . Boy that would have helped a great deal especially during these difficult times.

We we're trying to go see the agent at Clark Chevrolet but apparently there is no more any agent there. We called and we're directed to head to the Honda dealership to see their agents. This location is the main location so agents are ALWAYS available. We we're very much pleased with the agent and service.
