State Farm Insurance

State Farm insurance is awful. Our 2017 Ram 1500 was hit n run in a Big Lots parking lot. We filed the claim the next day. We were supposed to get a call from a claims adjuster a few days later. The claims adjuster only called the shop and talked to the mechanic never once contacted us. Jim originally did request original body parts with the body shop. We were never contacted by anyone that State Farm would only pay for after market parts and it took weeks of us calling to ask why the payment was thousands of dollars less than the estimate to get a answer. We called numerous times and never received a call back until finally got one back. The claims dept blamed us for not knowing the details of our policy and will take no responsibility for the fact that no one ever called us to explain th
