I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to share my experience with this agency, after having been through a really rough time with my previous auto insurance Agent. I was in the market simply looking for renters insurance after having recently moved into my first apartment, and them requiring it. I originally reached out to my progressive auto agent who unsurprisingly was dismissive and told me she couldn't help me with a renters policy since I have a progressive auto policy and they can't combine renters with auto. It turned out to be a blessing though because I went on Google searching nearby agents and saw the Bienchis Firm which was really close by.
