Well let me start off by saying that I really love State Farm just because it’s the low just speaking on myself. But I was with another agency with state farm and they were not so nice so I switched over to ms Jackie new Kirk and I can say the difference is amazing. Everyone is so nice and respectful and don’t treat you like we just need your payment. I want to shout out to ms Shelia who helped me with switching over my insurance info into another vehicle and giving me all the information I needed also didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me off the phone. I’ve spoken to Emily a couple of times as well and she has redirected me in the correct places so thank you guys again. Well done customer service I would most definitely send people your way.
