Heather Smith is the best office manager. She is a quick communicator and so knowledgeable. When I moved to Boise for college and stayed for a couple extra years Heather helped me get and cancel numerous car insurances and renters insurance. She was always so friendly and helpful and truly made my experience with insurance so painless and easy!

Although I’d never met him, Bob had been my parent's agent for many years, so it seemed like an easy decision when I needed workers comp insurance for my business. I had gotten myself in a position where I needed a policy and Bob was able to do that. Right away I received my policy info and premium auto withdrawal schedule($163/month). A few weeks later I received a letter from State Farm for a different class code policy that was($504/month). I immediately called Bob. He said not to worry it was their mistake and $163 is all they would take. Bob went to Hawaii on vacation the next week and $504 was taken from my bank account, plus $50 in overdraft fees.
