Collin Leino - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently went through some life changes. Kendra was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. She was able to help me reduce my monthly premium and walked me through the entire process with patience and understanding. She’s an incredible asset to State-farm and i would highly recommend using her.

This place is disrespectful. I called to cancel my policy and instead of just canceling they were being very pushy and rude. Then when I finally told them I don’t wanna stick with them, They hung up on me. They don’t try to save you money. The only way to get anything out of them is to tell them that you’re going somewhere else. Just don’t see why they couldn’t help me before I found someone better.I wouldn’t recommend This place for anyone. I’ve been with Farm Bureau ever since, and they are very helpful and professional. They are also saving me way more money with better coverage. And their rates don’t go up if a natural disaster happens in a different state like State Farms does.

very hard to get ahold of. one guy working in office had no idea what was going on. the woman that works there is extremely rude. I will not be using this agency.

Collin and his team are great. I had Zach help me, and he made it really easy to set up insurance while I'm processing my move to Idaho. He has been very helpful, kind, and made everything super simple.

Collin’s team has been incredibly amazing to work with for the almost 2 years I’ve had policies with their office. They’re very well versed in the products they offer, and are very kind in educating you when you have questions. When I had my car window break last October and then my living room was driven into the following day, Collin and his team were very helpful in guiding me on how to approach the situation to make sure I lost as little as possible.
