Had a horrible experience with Monte Folsom State Farm. After insuring my small contracting business for over a year they cancelled my policy that I had paid for in full out of the blue. Took them months to refund me and then sent me another invoice for $366 bucks for an additional cost for the previous year. When I called to try and figure out what it was for they said it was some kind of error and to ignore it. Then I get a letter from a collections agency for the same amount and invoice they told me to ignore. Incompetence, I’m very disappointed and will never use State Farm especially monte Folsom ever again. If you want more problems then solutions State Farm is definitely there.

I had a bad experience with a competitor and I called late to get help from State Farm and Ashton was by my side the entire time, he’s a great guy and walked me through everything! We need more people like Ashton. Polite and took great care of me! Thanks boss!
