I used Elliott and Associates for five years to cover my renters, automobile, and homeowners insurance. For the prior two years, it has was a debacle. Every document they prepared contained material errors. For over a year I received no bills and was forced to pay premiums over the phone, sometimes the day the policy was going into cancellation. On each instance I complained in writing and they assured me they corrected the mistakes. Even when I finally had enough, and demanded cancellations, they sent the cancellation document through a method that cannot be viewed on Apple devices - which 64% of Americans use.
