I closed in escrow on my house about a month ago, so I paid almost $1400 up front for my homeowners insurance. A couple of days ago, I noticed a pending transaction on my checking account from them. They were pulling the amount out of my account. I called to try and get it handled. They cannot do anything! So now I have to wait for it to hit my account, get a fee for over draft from my bank, and late fees from all of the other bills that were coming out of that acount that day. I'm supposed to send them bank statements to be refunded. But what do they do before I have the chance. They try to pull it from my account again. And again they can do nothing. My car payment and my credit card payment are coming out of my account today as well. So looks like I'll have even more late fees. The
