Wow! Lauren was phenomenal. I followed up with her two days after she had given My condo Via text close to 5 PM on a Friday my thought was that she would just get back with me the following Monday being that it was Was extremely close to closing hours. Instead of her responding back-and-forth via text, she called me and committed to doing whatever she could do to make sure that I had the coverage that I needed. She was super professional, pleasant and relatable. I am so happy that I switched my coverage to State Farm oh, not just because of Lauren, but because the prices were better than what I had originally been paying.
