I’ve been with Stailey for years and have always had exceptional customer service. Recently have been working with Nubia and she is outstanding! Always taking my calls (or getting back to me quickly) and answering emails so timely! She’s responsive and very helpful. I really appreciate their assistance over the years and their recommendation to go with Auto Owners has made my life easier as their customer service is also very prompt. Wouldn’t have know my options without the assistance from Stailey. Thanks for all the hard work over there!

Stailey Insurance is just the best. They are a family owned business who I have had the best experience working with. They were personal, asked me thoughtful questions especially when I wasn't sure what coverage I would need, and not pushy or pressuring in any way. I highly recommend using these guys for small or large businesses, ministries, or non-profits like mine! If you want a knowledgeable place to help you when you don't know exactly what to get, these guys know.

Best place to get insurance. They helped me save money going with Safeco. I can call or email at any time with any questions and I get a response. I bundle my home and vehicles and have a great savings. My price is the same each month for the last 3 years. Usually most insurance will go up. I recommend to work with Stailey Insurance to get the best.

When I went from full-coverage to liability on an older car, I wanted to make sure it was covered by uninsured motorists. Uninsured drivers are everywhere, and driving badly. Gloria Lascano explained to me that THEIR policies all cover uninsured motorists and are included. This is why I went with Stailey insurance. Guess what? An uninsured driver blew threw a stoplight and totaled my car. I called Gloria Loscano about this, she initially stated I was NOT insured. I told her that I chose her agency specifically because of the uninsured motorist coverage, and on several later calls (trying to get an adjuster) Gloria said I WAS covered. I never was. The insurance that Stailey 'includes' is bodily injury only, not the car. I felt that they could have AT LEAST explained that to me
