After the first year, renewal home insurance quote for the same coverage jumped a whooping 52%! The office noted that market conditions have changed and this was a great deal. Communication was fine, but their pricing model is not flexible and competitive. My personal advise, shop around. There are other insurers with better coverage and more affordable prices. Auto insurance renewal on the other hand offered competitive and reasonable rates. Tiffany did a great job working on an updated quote and handling overall process. For this attention to customer needs I am adding 1 star to my review.

I just want to say this All State team is AMAZING! Monica and Marcus are always so quick to get my clients a quote as well as make sure that they are well informed and comfortable with everything. They are always available and BEYOND helpful when the file needs some adjusting to make things work for the client. Hands down they are the most dependable, efficient, and diligent insurance agents. It is also such a plus that they are bi-lingual, i know any client i send their way will be treated amazing and professionally.

We have been with this Agency for as long as I can remember and have had noting but positive experiences. I deal most directly with Tiffany, she is always prompt and professional when I inquire about anything. We've been Allstate policy holders for many years. I have appreciated Alex Cole's personal attention as well as assistance provided to us with Tiffany Nix who is an associate (and recently even proactive help from her to lower our auto policy cost!).
