Eric is a truly skilled professional - knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, quick to reply, and someone who looks out for his customers. If you go with Principal Integrated Insurance you won't be disappointed and you'll probably save a bunch of money. I’m not one to write a review online but Eric and his team are exceptional. I’ve dealt with insurance agents and brokers for home, auto, personal and workplace insurance and it’s always been fine. I’ve never met another insurance agent who goes the extra mile in every aspect of his business for his customers as Eric does. He has been lightning quick to respond to questions, emails, and calls. Recently switched to Principal Integrated Insurance. Eric Sload is my agent. Hands down, the best insurance agent I have worked with. I switched my condo and auto coverage from a different company and he made it seamless. When policy renewals come up he makes a detailed video breakdown of the current and proposed coverages. I have learned valuable information from him already in the short time I have worked with him. He is always responsive. Don’t think twice about it, use Eric!
