We love our team at Stahl & Associates! We use them for our business and personal policies. Doug and Andrea handle our business policies, and Kara handles our personal policies. All 3 are absolutely amazing! Rather it’s a phone call or an email they always pick up or respond quickly. I’ve never worked with a better insurance company.

Dana Layou has been my agent for my home and car for over 20 plus years. Dana made the transition from my current insurance to my new insurance seamless. She is extraordinary and professional and handled all of my paperwork in a very timely matter. I did not feel stressed but thankful that she has always provided great customer service. When we received word our insurance carrier for our rental property had gone bankrupt, we were worried that we would have difficulty finding a replacement carrier before our coverage lapsed. We contacted the Morse agency and found they already had a plan in place for dealing with the situation and getting customers in this difficult situation new coverage. Janet Johnson was great to work with, quickly getting us all the forms and info we needed to complete, to be able to get coverage with another insurance company. I was expecting to have to pay more but the pricing and payment plan were in line with our previous coverage. Kudos to the Morse agency for dealing with a tough situation and keeping their customers covered!
