What a pleasure speaking with Bri Moore in regards to our four vehicles and one RV trailer. We had been with GEICO for several years with the rates increasing each year with a spotless driving record and no claims. Bri ensure that our coverage will be the and the rates are Very Fair. Any questions were answered promptly from start to finish. A couple of calls were taken by others on the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful and courteous. That shows that behavior starts at the top and works down. Excellent staff and very good rates, what more can a new client ask for. While I still feel slighted by "big" State Farm, I do really believe that these agents did everything in their power to help me out. The communication with them was outstanding. In short, my truck was stolen in June while I was out of town. I was in a small town, but thankfully found a rental to get back home. I had to pay for that rental!. When Avi called me she to go over my now 3 policy's she was very professional and couldn't ask for a better representative. She was explained everything in detail and let me know every option I could choose or not to. Jan Steimel is a great insurance agency.

it was great talking to melvin! i really appreciate him touching base with me regarding my insurance needs. he was courteous and polite and was not pushy at all! i ended up signing with them (state farm) for my car insurance needs. i have referred 2 of my friends and one has already signed up with them for his car insurance!
