Direct Auto Insurance

This was my first time getting car insurance and Trent Brown helped me with the whole process. He always answered my questions and made sure I knew everything about my policy and what it meant before purchasing it!! Very thankful and I feel confident for what I got.

I was havin a bad time with Progressive trying to take out an auto policy, who I have had a M/C policy with for over 10 years. I decided to give Direct a try, boy am I glad I did, every thing went through so quick and easily, no extra verification BS (that is still continuing ) that progressive was forcing me to do. The quote was perfect and MUCH cheaper than Progressive. When my motorcycle policy comes up for renewal next year just lets say Progressive will NOT be getting my business

Azariah Smith, was the best. She helped me via the phone and she took her time and explained everything to me and she was very patient, professional, kind, caring and very understanding with. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in what she was talking about and answering my question and concerns! Thank you very much !

Should be NO stars. As seen in the picture says they will be back at 12:30, (if you zoom in you'll see the note I left.)I got here at 12:45, no one here. Went across the street to Sonic got food came back its now 1:00,still no one here. Called customer service was told there are 2 (two) agents today, why is NO ONE here!!!! When KJ finally showed up, I gave her the note from the door. She proceeded to put away her shopping items (not work related)going as slow as possible. Told her she's not professional at all, needs to learn customer service and learn to tell time. DO NOT COME to this location, maybe don't get this insurance, nothing but problems since they changed. Have to start looking elsewhere. Sad been with them for years.

My agent, Azariah was well versed, knowledgeable, professional yet personal. She answered all of my questions and added additional feedback on my uncertainties. The end result was a great savings for me and me becoming a Direct Insurance customer.
