I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company. I provided all my information for an SR22 quote, expecting a prompt callback to finalize the policy, but the call never happened. It's frustrating to have given out personal data when there was no intention of following through on their end. This experience has made me question the security of my information and their overall commitment to customer service and privacy.

I pulled in explained my story and Rob and his family were the most understanding company ever. He explained legal jargon in a way I wasn't overwhelmed. He was polite, fast and to the point. My first time in it felt like home. Thank you Rob and family. You guys are in great hands. Saved again today. Bless you.

My family has done business here for as long as I can remember. I'm not sure what happened but something has changed! They are now disorganized and unhelpful. I've been waiting a week for a return call or email to cancel a policy. I have had to contact the insurance company directly. Shouldn't be this difficult. Take your business elsewhere.

Agency failed to follow through on cancelling our insurance after our move. When we called to correct he was disorganized and avoided fixing the issue. My wife works in insurance and had to call the company directly to get it corrected. Save your time and go somewhere else. Also never called us back…
