Mike has been awesome with all our needs. He helped us find affordable policies for car, full coverage motorcycle, life and rental insurance that covered our pool, trampoline and our 3 pit mix dogs) while staying within our budget. I should have gone running when we first got a quote from Michael. He kept getting our home details wrong, spelled our address wrong, opened a 2nd policy and allowed our initial policy to be cancelled... but we gave him the benefit of the doubt and moved forward as it was a great price. Guess you get what you paid for. We had to jump through hoops to switch our auto insurance to Farmers as my license expired and all DMV's were closed due to COVID, I finally renewed my license and moved our auto insurance over. The policy was on autopay and didn't think anything of it. I tried to print out my insurance card and there wasn't a policy. Emailed Michael and 2 days later still haven't heard anything back. We called their 800 number and found out they cancelled our policy even though they confirm
