Outstanding services. I needed to have a car removed from the policy because it was totaled, and I received a plate surrender form from the state on a Saturday. I sent her a copy on a Saturday, I got a response from her later that day after she received the form.

I have had my insurance with Allstate for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. Stacey and Carla at the Penfield, NY location are amazing. They are easy to get ahold of, personable, helpful and always looking at my policy recommending ways to save money while making sure I'm covered. A+ rating for them :-)
