I calld up saying that I had vision problems and was sold a preventative plan, then I have been on the phone with customer service at this point over 6 times, the last time the woman told me she would cancel my plan and could not offer me insurance and literally hung up the phone on me as I was speaking, I have a recording off it, and I cannot speak to a supervisor. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HEALTH. They sold me My First Health Network and the person who sold it to me was Dakota Burke.

I can tell you, do not hesitate to contact Andrew and Crystal for your insurance needs. I have been a customer for maybe three or four years now and I have been extremely pleased with the professional and attentive service they have provided me and my family. They've saved me a significant amount on my auto insurance and whenever I need help with stuff, they are so quick to respond. Highly recommended without hesitation!
