We had such a wonderful experience working with our rep Anthony Sandoval at State Farm. He originally helped us with our car insurance and made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free. Because of how great that experience was, we went back to him when it was time to set up our homeowners insurance — and once again, he was fantastic. Anthony is extremely communicative, helpful, and truly takes the time to make sure you understand everything. We trust him completely and genuinely enjoy working with him. State Farm took 2 mths premium from my account leaving it in overdraft 5 days before thanksgiving. This put me in financial strain. I called & spoke to Johan. He was able to empathize with me. He worked diligently with the billing dept, he communicated well and consistently kept me up to date with information. He was successful at finally getting the billing dept to approve my refund of the extra premium they took. I am so grateful to him.
