Well I’m back my biggest mistake was leaving after more than a decade! State Farm quoted me a great price approved it everything good then cancelled policy after two months said their underwriter made an error then switched me over to their Fire Casualty Co and doubled the premium for each vehicle. Unbelievable! If anyone is thinking of going to State Farm run as far as you can from them!!! Randy was terrific he called me like he said he would after Allstate changed their policy and when I was ready he took the time to go over everything with me. He is very knowledgeable personable and a pleasure to do business with. So happy we are back 😊

HORRIBLE!!!! Never ever called me to discuss they new policy. Went up another $55 a month. My policy is always due on the 15th of month. Called automated service and stated policy is canceled. Never ever received any kind of communication, my policy was canceled. Called customer service and the guy explained my policy is due on the 14th, he could see in the computer payment was always the 15th, one day later and they cancel your policy. I made payment today and policy was reinstated. No communication, they state we are here to help and never ever do!!!!
